Why the duplication times for silicone mold just few times ?

Duplication times of silicone mold is always affected by the below three factors:

1.Choose the right hardness silicone rubber to make molds according to the size and designs of your products.

Normally, high hardness silicone is suitable for large size and simple design products, while low hardness silicone is for small size and complicated design products;

2. Don't add too much silicone oil into silicone when making molds, because the oil can destroy the the molecular weight of silicone, and reduce the tensile and tear strength of the molds;   

3. Don't put the silicone molds into mass reproduction unless it cured 24 hours.
