Operation Instruction of Making Candy Pouring Silicone Mold:


1.Firstly, prepare the necessary tools, rulers, knives, brushes, glass board, etc. Deal with the original mold, then fixed it on

the glass board.

 

2.Prepare suitable paper boards, fix them around the original mold as a square, leaving space about 2cm between the

paperboard and original mold.

 

3.Spray a layer of release agent on the surface of the original mold evenly. Choose suitable silicone rubber according to

product’s structure, pattern and application. Here we use HY-E625 addition cure silicone rubber, stir and mix part A and part

B evenly.

 

4.Vacuum to -0.1MP, which presents the mold made out of bubbles and affect the quality of the mold.Pour the silicone rubber

into the frame slowly and evenly. Remove paper boards around the silicone mold after it is cured totally.

 

5.Check and trim the silicone mold to make it smooth and perfect. The silicone mold for chocolate is finished. We suggest to

put the silicone mold into production after 24 hours.
