Firstly , we must prepare all the tools we need, then fix the model, establish the pour hole, the pour hole is where the casting material will eventually be poured into the finished mould.Pile up the clay on one side of the mold, this is especially for making the parting line. Dig hole to make latch, it can avoid the dislocation of the moulds.

Secondly,Prepare some liquid silicone rubber, add the curing agent at the ratio of 100:2 or 100:3,mix them evenly. Next, vacuum pump to -0.1mpa,the time should be less than 3-5mins,otherwise,the silicone will cross-link during vacuuming.

Thirdly,Pour the silicone rubber on the model, and brush it on the model and clay, the layer of the rubber should not cover the whole surface of the model, after some time, brush the second layer, this layer is thicker than the first one. Cover gauze on the curing silicone rubber, use the brush to avoid any interstices. And then remove the clay, shave the fringe, brush a layer of release agent on the cured rubber to make it easier to demould, use the scissors to trim off the excess gauze. Prepare the liquid silicone rubber for the remain area of the model, mix it with curing agent at the same ratio as before, then vacuum pump. Apply two coats of silicone rubber on the model thoroughly. Cover gauze on the whole surface of the model, brush the last layer of silicone rubber.

Finally,When the rubber is cured ,take out the model. remove the surplus rubber to make it perfectly. For the moment, the mould is complete, it can be used into production after 24h.
