Liquid silicone rubber is called two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber with excellent fluidity and good operational performance. is generally named two-components silicone rubber, Part A and part B. It features an exceptional fluidity and good operability and it mainly be used for making different kinds of molds.

APPLICATION OF liquid silicone for concrete/cement/candle craft mold making:

It can be used for candle, poly resin crafts, PU crafts, PU resin crafts, gypsum crafts,unsaturated resin crafts, lighting and candles crafts, plastic toy, stationery gifts crafts industry.

Liquid silicone for plaster cornices is also applicable for large statue Buddha, relieve, furniture decorative materials,statues Buddha, artifacts copied, building decoration materials, large-scale cement mold.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Take an example of addition cure silicone to make a mould ( the mixing ratio is 1:1):

Prepare a frame, fix the prototype for copy into the frame, (if the prototype’s material is glass or ceramic, the release agent is necessary to prevent sticking.

2. Take 100 grams of part A and 100 grams of part B, and mix them completely evenly.

3. Vacuum and remove bubbles for 2~3 mins, then pour the silicone rubber into the mold frame, then vacuum defoaming again, curing 24 hours in nature room temperature, use it after demold.

4. Demold it after 3-5 hours, and please use it for big production after 24 hours.
