How to use liquid RTV 2 molding silicone rubber to make plaster molds for figurines?

Product Description:

It is generally called Two-part of RTV 2 molding silicone rubber , part A is a kind of flowable liquid silicon ,part B is catalyst.

Application :

It is mainly used for making various molds:

1. Reproduce concrete or cement, gypsum, gypsum, architecture, decorative arts and crafts, big statue, cultural relic product, etc.

2. Reproduce poly resin, epoxy, polyurethane-polymer, plastic toy, gift and stationery.

3. Reproduce soaps, candle & lighting.

Operation steps :

Step 1 : Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicon rubber and the curing agent evenly.

Step 2 : vacuum pumping

Without exception, this takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.

Step 3: Brushing cast & Perfusion Molding operation.
