Why The Platinum Cure Silicone Rubber is not cured ?

Reason 1:

It is because the temperature is lower than 15 degree.

In winter, the temperature is very low.

But our platinum cure silicone is sensitive with the temperature.

The best temperature for our platinum cure silicone rubber is 25 degree.

If temperature is higher, the curing time will be reduced.

If temperature is lower, the curing time will be increased.

If temperature is lower than 15 degree, the platinum cure silicone rubber will not get cured.

Reason 2:

It is because platinum cure silicone rubber meet N, S, P organic material or Sn, As, Hg, Ph heavy metal material etc, it will also never get cured.

If tools used for tin cure silicone is usded for  platinum cure silicone by you,it will cause poison and will not cure.

Non-food grade color will also cause uncure.
