1.Don’t add silicone oil into silicone during for reduce the hardness of molding silicone,silicon oil is an additive which destroy the molecular weight of silicone rubber and reduce the tension and tear strength.

2.Adding the catalyst for reducing the curing time & operation time according to the local temperature.on the one hand don’t add catalyst more 10%,otherwise,the finished molds will meet a high shrinkage. On the other hand don’t add catalyst less 0.8%,otherwise silicone and catalyst can not be mixed evenly,the silicone rubber will be partly solidified and this will give birth to difficulties in your final operation.what is more,the finished moulds will meet a short life .
