The hardness of injection molding silicone rubber we choose should according to the size of products to meet the requirements

of our customers.

Note:The hardness of injection molding silicone rubber arrange from 10 shore A to 80 shore A.

1.When the hardness of the injection molding silicone rubber is lower than 10 shore A, the tension and tear strength will reduce,

but Elongation will increase and easy to deformation.

2.When the hardness of the injection molding silicone rubber is higher than 70 shore A, the tension and tear strength will also

reduce, and the solidified products will be easily broken.

3.When the hardness of the injection molding silicone rubber is in 30-50 shore A, the tension, tear strength, elongation and the

resilience will have the best performance.
